Nor a volunteering blog. This is a personal blog of my experiences as a volunteer/ architect/ educator/ expat/ Filipino/ woman in Ethiopia.

I am Liza, a volunteer with the Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) working as Guest Professor for Architecture in Dire Dawa University, Dire Dawa, Ethiopia from December 2013.

I'm an architect, writer, social democrat, multimedia artist, development worker. I call Bohol, Philippines, my home.
