|Oh yeah, chicharon and danggit!|
This time, they're from Sir Stephen, who hails from Cebu, about two hours (via fast ferry) away from my island province of Bohol.
Cebu is famous for, among other things, their boneless danggit (dried fish). And of course, chicharon is everywhere in the Philippines and one of everyone's favorite snack food and/or beer matches.
|Always with rice and egg. Classic breakfast. But here, this was my dinner. Works for me.|
