Getting the Party Started! (I.Am.Womam 2015 Art Exhibit Ingress)

2nd year architecture students mount their sketches on frames provided by Alliance.

We'll be winging it. That's always been the idea.

The exhibit ingress, we announced to participating students, would be today, Saturday, the morning & afternoon before the exhibit is set to open at 6pm later. We agreed to an 8am assembly time.

Students trickled in one by one. (A really slow trickle, I was worried we wouldn't be able to finish earlier as expected.) But when the bunch was nearly assembled, and the few boys whom we asked to help came in, as well (thank you, lads!), the work went smoothly and quickly, that after lunch time (lunch for everyone was on us) the work was nearly done, the space was beginning to shape up -- into a promising, exciting, pwede na space.

I breathed a sigh of relief.

We were gonna make it through the rain. (And it actually poured around lunch time.)

2nd year architecture girls painting some last minute art works.
The 5th year architecture students created installation artworks for the exhibit, as part of their via their Interior Design class exercise (with Arch. Luzzette).
The 5th year girls were all decked up for the "opening" even during the preparation, so they wouldn't have to go back to campus.
Konjo! Taking some time for framed-up photos while working!
